By accessing or using the BrightProgressAI service (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
BrightProgressAI is operated by Ervin Hadzhija, based in North Macedonia ("we", "us", or "our").
2. Description of Service
BrightProgressAI provides an automated data extraction tool that retrieves publicly available business listing information from Google Maps and delivers it as structured data via Google Sheets.
Our Service delivers the following data points for each business listing:
- Business name
- Business category
- Physical address
- City and country
- Phone number
- Website status (whether a website is present or not)
- Google Maps link
All data provided through the Service is publicly available information sourced from Google Maps. We do not access, collect, or deliver any private or non-public information.
3. Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. Specifically, you agree that you will:
- Use the data provided solely for your own business prospecting and outreach purposes.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including data protection laws in your jurisdiction.
- Not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the data provided to third parties without written permission from BrightProgressAI.
- Not use the data to send unsolicited bulk communications (spam).
- Not use the data in any way that violates the privacy rights of individuals.
BrightProgressAI does not send any outreach, emails, or messages to the businesses whose data is included in your order. You are solely responsible for how you use the data.
4. Payments and Pricing
The Service is offered on a per-order basis. Each order consists of 50 verified business listings delivered as a Google Sheet.
The current price is 49 EUR per order. Prices may be updated from time to time and the current price will always be displayed at the time of purchase.
All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method.
Due to the digital and immediately-delivered nature of the Service, we do not offer refunds once delivery has commenced. If you experience a technical issue or quality concern, please contact us at contact@brightprogressai.com and we will work to resolve it.
5. Delivery
After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email. You will then be asked to fill out a form specifying your target city, niche, and nearby cities.
Delivery of your Google Sheet typically occurs within a few hours of form submission. Delivery times may vary depending on the complexity of the search and data availability in your requested area.
If we are unable to fulfill the full order of 50 leads due to limited availability in your chosen location and niche, we will notify you and deliver the maximum number of leads we are able to find.
6. Data Quality
All business listings are sourced directly from Google Maps at the time of your order. We make reasonable efforts to verify that businesses do not have an active website at the time of data extraction.
We do not guarantee that:
- All businesses in your sheet will still be operating at the time you contact them.
- Contact information will remain accurate after delivery.
- Every business will be interested in or in need of your services.
The data is provided as-is based on publicly available information at the time of extraction.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and automation, is the intellectual property of BrightProgressAI. You may not copy, reproduce, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
The data delivered to you in your Google Sheet is licensed for your personal business use only. You may not resell or distribute it without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
BrightProgressAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the data provided, including but not limited to lost profits, missed business opportunities, or damage to your reputation.
Our maximum liability to you for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of North Macedonia. Any disputes will be resolved under North Macedonian jurisdiction.
